We have adequate inspection and chemical testing procedure, starting from procurement of raw materials to manufacturing of finished product. Our products are at par with the American standards of ASTM. All our pipes and tubes are light in weight and hence are easy to handle and install. In order to ensure premium quality, our products undergo extensive in-line dimensional checks, destructive testing, and Eddy current inspections. Additional material and weld integrity analysis is undertaken in our quality department including micro structure evaluations, grain size determination, tensile testing, reverse bend and weld inspection.
